Coach Randall’s Story

Body Ease Training was created and is currently run by Coach Randall Weiss. Coach Randall was forever changed by a car accident involving his first wife. While assisting her in her recovery, he was inspired to transform his own body. Through his own transformation and witnessing his first wife’s recovery, Randall developed the belief that with the right support, our bodies can achieve miraculous levels of recovery and fitness.

With 14 certifications and counting from respected institutions such as the Functional Aging Institute, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Coach Randall is an expert in functional aging, senior fitness, personal training, Pilates and yoga instruction, health coaching, and more, backed by years of experience in coaching people since 1988.

The path that ultimately lead to the inception of Body Ease Training was fueled by frustration over the lack of knowledge and experienced role models in the worlds of recovery and fitness.

The driving force behind Coach Randall and Body Ease Training is the conviction that older adults deserve and have the ability to live healthy, vibrant, and unrestricted lives. With more than 30,000 one-on-one personal training sessions under his belt, he has not only accumulated an impressive depth of fitness and coaching experience but has also facilitated an average of 5 to 10 pounds of fat loss per client. Coach Randall is not just an expert with a list of credentials: as an older adult himself, he strives to live and embody the power of his holistic approach to fitness and well-being, one that he's been advocating for and perfecting since 1988.
